consequences of not getting the dog out...

For the last few days I have been really sick with a chest cold-got antibiotics yesterday. Dog poops in house. It's so frustrating . also he's getting into stuff. WhenI put him out the second he barks the neighbour comes out and complains. Not good. Will take him for a walk-may help my chest as well.
